What is the lead time?
1-2 layer prototypes = express 4 days, normal 8 days
Multilayer prototypes = express 5 days, normal 10 days
Mass production = 2 to 3 weeks

How do you ensure the quality?
All PCBs are 100% electrical tested by AOI, beta scope, visual check.
And they are strictly meet the standards of IPC and UL.

Is there any MOQ?
No. We do not ask for any minimum amount or quantity.
We can promise because we have an Express Prototype production line in facility

If I found problems with the PCBs supplied by you, what shall I do?
Please submit us a digital photo and description of the problem encounter.
We will study the case and reference to IPC standard in industry as a guide.
Upon approval, free replacement will be given.

Will the prototype quality be the same as mass production?
Yes. Our engineer create a specification sheet on technical requirement for each part number.

How do I receive the PCB?
If the trade mode is DAP [door to door], the shipment will be made in International Express company, such as DHL, TNT.
Else, we will contact with your own delivery forwarder for process.
Is there an oversea agent?
No. We’re welcome of any possibility and cooperation
What is the order and shipping terms?
FOB [Freight on board] = you will be responsible for the freight cost from a specific loading place
EXW [Ex Works] = you will be responsible for the freight cost from the facility.
DAP [Delivered at Place] = we will be responsible for the freight cost; Duties are not paid. **Duties are not paid for all terms.
